Pederson Residence, 5.32 KW, Poulsbo, 2007

This 5.32 KW grid-tied PV  system with 28 Evergreen 190 watt modules and a SMA SunnyBoy 6000 watt inverter mounted on the Pederson’s shop.  The Pederson’s home also features a solar hot water system that helps heat their domestic hot water year around.

Four homes of Quileute Tribal members were each equipped with 540 watts of solar electricity and batteries for emergency back up power. The systems are tied to the grid but will also provide clean electricity during power outages. Thanks to NW Seed for coordinating this federally funded project.
