Jeff has been a Solar All-Star in the state of Washington for decades, contributing installation expertise, and taking some turns contributing to policy discussions.  We first met Jeff when he was an electrician working with Dave Trione at Sound Power, and we jointly installed a solar project in Quilcene for the Pacific Ecological Institue in 2004.  Upon his retirement and relocation to Cape George from Ballard, Jeff had an ultra-efficient home designed and built, including super tight insulation, a Panasonic Heat Recovery Ventilation System, all LED lighhting and ultra-efficient appliances, and a rooftop 13.5 KW array that covers 100% of the home’s usage.
